Return and Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or design different from what was ordered).

Requests that do not fall under these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart provided on each product page.

  • Returns based on preference changes, such as change of mind, are not accepted.

Return Conditions

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at contato@apollogearclub.com.br within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem (damaged or incorrect item).

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange.

Important Notice

Apollo Gear Club reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
